It is recommended to place in:

- Strips in "Y"
- Strips in "X"
- Fan strips or octopus
- Mesh or crossed straps
Apply the bandage on clean, oil-free skin: wipe with an alcohol swab to remove oil. The area must be free of hair, so it is recommended to shave the area. This will improve the action of the bandage as well as its duration.
