How to apply Arnica Natural Gel?

Gently massage until completely icy penetration.
Adult application as soon as possible on clean, dry skin. Reapply 2 to 3 times a day if necessary.
Children from 1 year. Apply as soon as possible on clean, dry skin. Reapply 2 to 3 times a day if necessary.

Precautions

Do not apply near the eyes, on mucous membranes and wounds.
It should not be used by sensitive arnica people.
From 1 year.
External use.
Don't swallow.
Wash hands after use.
