Holomega berberine with lipoic acid from Equisalud is a food supplement that, among its numerous actions, stands out as a hypoglycemic agent, a stimulant of fat destruction and a protector of blood flow.

Indication

Berberine is a yellow alkaloid that is usually extracted from the Berberis aristata plant, from India, or from Berberis aquifolium, from China. This plant has been used since ancient times in both medicine (Chinese and Ayurvedic) to improve health.

The properties of this plant are many, as well as its applications. It is a plant that has been extensively studied, especially for its hypoglycemic effects.

Intake mode

It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the morning, before breakfast, and another in the evening, before dinner. If necessary, 3 capsules can be taken daily, before main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Regular physical exercise and caloric restriction are advised.

Precautions
