Natures Plus Tranquility supplement is a complex of valerian with L-tryptophan and minerals for restful sleep.

Properties and benefits of Tranquility

Complement of minerals, plants and L-tryptophan that favor daytime serenity and a restful night's rest. Helps in cases of nervous tension and irritability caused by stress.

L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that favors optimal levels of serotonin, which favors the regulation of the sleep-wake cycle.

Valerian root has a relaxing effect by improving GABA levels in the body and promotes night rest.

Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

How to take Tranquility?

1 tablet a day half an hour before going to bed or during the day when desired with a little water or with a herbal tea.

If necessary and for mild sleep disorders, the dose can be increased to 2 tablets per day. With 1 first dose in the middle of the afternoon and a second dose before going to bed.

Precautions

Check with your doctor if you take anti-anxiety or antidepressant medications. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children.

Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Oxide Blend with Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, Powdered Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis), L-Tryptophan, Calcium Carbonate Blend with Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, Bulking Agent ( microcrystalline cellulose), Chamomile flower powder (Matricaria recutita), Bulking agent (vegetable cellulose), Emulsifiers (magnesium stearate, stearic acid), Glazing agent (shellac), Anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

For 1 tablet:

Magnesium (oxide, phosphate): 240 mg

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis root): 200 mg

L-Tryptophan: 150mg

Calcium (citrate, carbonate, phosphate): 120 mg

Chamomile (Matricaria recutita flower): 50 mg
