Description
Due to its richness in B vitamins, brewer's yeast improves the condition of the skin, nails and hair. Brewer's yeast is a microscopic fungus, saccharomyces cerevisae, which occurs naturally on the skins of certain fruits and in beer wort. It is widely used in dietetics due to its richness in B vitamins (the largest natural source), mineral salts (phosphorus, calcium, silicon, zinc, copper, iron) and proteins (47%). It has a restorative and purifying effect, by improving the condition of the skin, nails and hair, as well as in situations of fatigue or asthenia. It contains active antibacterial substances that help maintain the body's defenses. It helps regulate the function of the intestine, by participating in the renewal of the intestinal flora. They have a special effect against bacteria e. coli and fungi of the genus Candida.
