The Soñamel ingredients are distributed in two layers:

• In the outer layer is the sleep hormone, which is released quickly allowing immediate action, helping to fall asleep.
• At the core, of sustained release, are GABA, Valerian, Passionflower and Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 that are released gradually and sustained over time to help increase the hours of sleep and improve its quality, ensuring a restful sleep.

How to take Soñamel (with melatonin)?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet half an hour before bedtime. Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet.

Precautions

Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, hydrogenated cottonseed oil, γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), Valerian (dry extract, titrated to 0.3% valerenic acid), Passionflower (dry extract, titrated to 4% flavonoids), Glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, macrogol, sucrose esters and hydroxypropylcellulose, Melatonin, Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), Vitamin B 6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), Rice starch, Spirulina, Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, Colouring: beetroot red.

For 1 tablet:
Melatonin (1 mg), GABA (100 mg), Valerian dry extract (100 mg), Valerenic acid supply (0.3 mg), Passionflower dry extract (100 mg), Flavonoids supply (4 mg), Vitamin B1 (1.1 mg), Vitamin B6 (1.4 mg), Vitamin B12 (2.5 mcg).
