Melatonin + griffonia is a melatonin dietary supplement, with griffonia, it helps to reduce the time required to fall asleep, to support normal mood, to promote physiological relaxation and mental well-being, and to contribute to normal psychological function.
How to take Melatonin + griffonia?
It is recommended to swallow with a liquid, preferably half an hour before bedtime. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before going to bed, of 1 mg of melatonin.
Precautions
Do not use in pregnant and lactating women.
Storage conditions
Store below 30°C, avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and keep away from moisture.
Composition of Melatonin + griffonia
Bulking agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; Griffonia ( Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.) tit seeds. 20% in L-5-hydroxytryptophan (L-5-HTP), L-Tryptophan, Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, Silicon dioxide; Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Melatonin.

Griffonia (25mg) of which 5-HTP (5mg), L-Tryptophan (15mg), Vitamin B6 (1.4mg), Melatonin (1mg)
