Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis); passionflower flower extract (Passiflora incarnata); stabilizers: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; bulking agent: calcium phosphate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; stabilizer: polyvinylpyrrolidone; zinc oxide; orange flavor; stabilizers: magnesium stearate and sodium carboxymethylcellulose interlaced; melatonin; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); stabilizer: stearic acid.

Valerian Extract (120mg), Melissa Extract (80mg), Passionflower Extract (50mg), Zinc (10mg), Melatonin (1.85mg), Vitamin B6 (1.4mg).
