Description

Iswari Spirulina powder, is a spiral-shaped algae which derives its blue-green color from the presence of unique pigments extremely rich in antioxidants and chlorophyll.

Properties and benefits of Spirulina powder

Spirulina is very rich in protein, iron, beta-carotene, vitamins, minerals and trace elements. It is in perfect synergy with Chlorella, another extremely nutritious seaweed.

How to take Spirulina powder?

It is recommended to add in water, fruit / vegetable juice, raw soups, salad dressings etc. for the 1st week. Increase with 1 to 2 teaspoons the second week to get your body used to it. It is not uncommon that during this "cleaning", some undesirable effects are noticed (increased bowel movements, mild headache, nausea).

Precautions
