Description
Biotisana relax in Josenea sachets is a preparation for infusion based on Valerian, St. John's Wort, Melissa and lavender, which, thanks to the active ingredients of these plants, has relaxing properties.
Intake mode
It is recommended to take 2 to 4 pyramids spread throughout the day. Pour about 150 ml of freshly boiled water over the pyramid. Let sit for 5 minutes or more for a more intense flavor.
Precautions
Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight.
