Wholemeal khorasan kamut wheat flour from Celnat contains all the nutrients of the khorasan kamut wheat grain: it is rich in fiber and a source of protein. Indication
Khorasan wheat is an old variety of durum wheat originally from Egypt probably. A few years ago a family of organic farmers from Montana (United States) reintroduced the cultivation of Kamut khorasan wheat and launched it on the international market. The name Kamut corresponds to the registered trademark of the cereal. Kamut khorasan wheat is currently grown exclusively organically.
