Organic Wheat Flour from El Granero Integral is one of the fundamental ingredients for the most ecological confectionery on the market and is certified by the SHC entity.

Indication

It is known for its properties since time immemorial, not for nothing is it one of the first cereals found in history and throughout this its antioxidant-promoting properties (and source of phytoestrogens, Selenium and Vitamin E) and for its high concentration of vitamin B.

Intake mode

It is recommended to make breads, biscuits, béchamel, porridge or use in batters.
