Origens Bio almond flour is obtained by crushing organic almonds. The process consists of crushing the almonds to remove the skin, which are then ground and sifted to obtain a fine and tasty flour. Versatile, tasty and nutritious, this flour should be part of the diet of anyone who wants a healthy and varied diet.

Origins Bio almond flour is especially rich in vitamin E, with an antioxidant effect on our body. Magnesium is also present in this flour in significant quantities, contributing to the benefit of our body.

Also, almond flour is gluten-free, making it a good option for people with gluten intolerance or celiac disease.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use on cakes, tarts, cookies, biscuits, macarons, desserts or even bread. It can also be used in place of breadcrumbs in recipes.
