How to take Vitamin D?

Take 1 to 4 pills daily. Do not exceed the amount of 4 pills per day.

This supplement contains a high-concentration amount of vitamin D3 that helps support the immune system, muscle function, and bone health.

Each tablet provides 25 micrograms/1000IU of vitamin D3. According to the advice of the National Health Service, the daily intake could be increased up to 4 tablets (100 micrograms/4000IU).
