This product contains Vitamin C, and is stable during the shelf life. 18% of the content of two Camu-Camu capsules from El Oro de los Andes, provide 252 mg of vitamin C, naturally, without added ascorbic acid, and of course without maltodextrin.
How to take Camu camu?
The consumption of 2 capsules a day is recommended, together with a glass of water or juice. Preferably at breakfast, the time of day when the intake of vitamin C is of vital importance. On those occasions where a greater supply of vitamin C is needed, you can add another two capsules at lunch, and at dinner.
