    Ever Fit Plus vitamins are very complete, I feel reasonably better when I take them. I think I could feel more of an effect, but perhaps due to the lack of rest, I won't be able to feel the full effect.

How to take Ever-Fit Plus 90?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day with a glass of water after one of the main meals.

EVER-FIT® Plus intake can be continued for as long as necessary.

Precautions

Ever-fit plus is a food supplement. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 tablet daily. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Not recommended in case of allergy to any of the constituents of the formulation. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
