How to take Daily Vitamins?

Take 1 to 3 capsules a day during meals with a glass of liquid (250 ml).

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Only for adults. For the use of the product it is advisable to consult a doctor. In rare cases, lipoic acid can cause hypoglycaemia. Keep out of reach of younger children.
