Recovery Total is specially designed for athletes who need to maximize their recovery after intense training or competition. Recovery Total, from Vitobest, contains a balanced formula of peptides and free amino acids from whey protein hydrolyzate and a mixture of Glutamine. +BCAAs.

This product is supplemented with dextrose, a fast assimilation carbohydrate that helps to recharge our energy reserves; a formula based on glucosamine sulfate and MSM whose components help reduce joint damage and muscle inflammation ; a dose of Vitobest electrolytes that helps replenish the minerals that are lost during physical exertion; and vitamin C (Quali®-C) (DSM®). How to take Recovery Total protein?

It is recommended to take 50 g (1 scoop) mixed with 250 ml of water after exercising.
