Properties and benefits of Maca Bio

Maca is a herbaceous plant native to the Andes of Peru and Bolivia, it is a powerful tonic for both the body and the mind, its active ingredients are alkaloids, glycosinolates and sterols that balance the production of sex hormones.

Of the 18 amino acids found in the maca root, 7 are essential amino acids and are found in concentrations higher than those in other roots and tubers and are close to those found in human milk, milk and beef, eggs and fish.

It contains abundant carbohydrates, proteins, unsaturated fatty acids and minerals. Thanks to this high nutritional value, it contributes to vitality and combats fatigue.

How to take Maca Bio?

Take 2 to 4 capsules a day.
