Description
Plantisol from Plantis contains ingredients that prepare the skin for sun exposure.
Properties and benefits of Plantisol
The sun has multiple effects on our body, some are beneficial and others harmful. We like to show off tanned skin but without danger to our health.
We are increasingly aware of the harmful effects of the sun on our skin: UVA rays cause cellular oxidative stress that can trigger serious diseases, and that is why we are careful to apply sunscreen before exposing ourselves to the sun.
However, it cannot be forgotten that the sun helps us feel better: it promotes the synthesis of vitamin D thanks to the action of UVB rays, reduces the risk of osteoporosis, improves skin oxygenation, alleviates certain skin conditions, improves Our state of mind, in short, is necessary to lead a more balanced life.
Faced with this situation, we must prepare our skin before sunbathing in order to benefit from its positive aspects and forget about the negative ones.
With PLANTISOL:
- We prepare the skin for sun exposure.
- We reinforce and prolong the tan
- We prevent skin aging.
All its ingredients help maintain young and healthy skin: carrot extract, beta-catotenes, lutein, astaxanthin, selenium, lycopene, hyaluronic acid and vitamins E and D prepare the skin.
Carrot extract is rich in carotenoids, highlighting its beta-carotene content.
Beta-carotenes (pro-vitamin A) contribute to the maintenance of the skin and, among other effects, allow it to maintain normal hydration.
Vitamin A stimulates the natural production of melanin, a pigment present in the epidermis that is responsible for giving color to the skin (tanning) but above all for protecting it against solar radiation.
Astaxanthin, lutein and lycopene are natural carotenoids and powerful antioxidants that act as natural photoprotectors.
Astaxanthin is a powerful absorber of UVB rays.
Beta-carotene and lycopene are the main antioxidant compounds with a preventive effect on the skin, but vitamins C and E also fight oxidation, among others.
Lutein protects the eyes from oxidation and can prevent both age-related macular degeneration and cataracts.
Vitamin E and Selenium contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative damage caused by exposure to the sun.
With sunscreens we reduce the absorption of the sun and therefore the assimilation of vitamin D, which is why we reinforce the formula with vitamin D, necessary for bone growth and the absorption of calcium and phosphorus. Maintains muscle tone that is regulated by calcium.
Hyaluronic acid at the skin level acts as a moisturizer and anti-wrinkle, firming and revitalizing the skin
