Hepaplant from El Naturalista, is a supplement based on traditional plants that favors the normal functioning of the liver.
Properties and benefits of Hepaplant
The artichoke leaf contains inulin, and a bitter substance, cinnarin, with cholegogic and choleretic properties. It also acts on the liver, increasing the secretion of bile. The bark of the barberry is considered a good stomach tonic and a cholagogue that can provide good services in chronic dyspepsias with no appetite. Due to its histamine and thyroid content, Milk Thistle seeds are used to fight liver congestion. The Dandelion plant has bitter substances and is used as a diuretic and purifier. Gentian root stimulates bile secretion by the liver. The Grama root has diuretic properties, causing mild diuresis. It is also used as a blood purifier. The Polipodio root is considered to have a mild purging action, and being a cholagogue it is very useful in jaundice.
How to take Hepaplant?
Boil for 5-10 minutes is recommended. Honey or sugar can be added if desired. Take a cup on an empty stomach and another at bedtime.
