How to take Calmophytum relaxation and rest?
It is recommended to take 2 to 3 capsules between 1 hour and 1/2 hour before going to bed or at the end of dinner. The capsules may eventually be opened and their contents may be incorporated into food.

Extract of aerial parts of lemon balm, Support (Maltodextrin), Dried lime flowers, Dried chamomile flowers, Dried verbena leaves, Dried hibiscus flowers, Vegetable capsule (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Hypromellose).
For 2 capsules:
Lemon balm extract (175 mg), Rosmarinic acid (4 mg), Linden (175 mg), Chamomile (140 mg), Verbena (140 mg), Hibiscus (70 mg).
