Pectin fir

Description

Fir pectin from Éolesens is an essential oil with a resinous, balsamic and slightly lemony aroma, obtained by steam distillation of the plant's needles. As a dietary supplement.

Properties and benefits of Pectin fir

Pyramidal, the silver fir likes the shaded slopes of the mountains, from 500 to 2000 m in altitude. Its straight trunk can reach up to 50 m in height with branches staged in horizontal planes. Its large opposite branches are regularly open and taper to the top. This conifer with aromatic and evergreen needles produces long, upright purple cones of about 15 cm.

Silver fir essential oil is used in diffusion to help clean up the atmosphere in different rooms of the house. With an invigorating scent, Silver Fir essential oil helps to facilitate breathing.

How to take Pectin fir?

It is advisable to incorporate into culinary preparations. Mix in honey and dilute in a hot drink

In local application on the skin dilute largely in a vegetable oil and do not use it continuously over long periods. It is preferable to dilute it in association with HE of Ravintsara and Lavender in a jojoba, sweet almond, arnica or other oil.

Precautions

Keep out of reach of children. It is not recommended to exceed the daily indicated dose. Food supplements should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Not recommended for children under 6 and pregnant and breastfeeding women. Not suitable for people hypersensitive to essential oils.
