Sweet orange essential oil is extracted by cold pressing the orange peel. It is traditionally used both for its calming properties and as a digestive tonic.
How to take Organic sweet orange essential oil?
Recommended for Diffusion: a fruity sweet orange fragrance that, when diffused, creates an atmosphere conducive to relaxation. Dilute 2 to 3 drops of essential oil in a sugar or in a tablespoon of honey. Do not swallow pure.
For use as a flavoring: 2 or 3 drops can be used to flavor culinary dishes.
