Properties and benefits of Myrtle Bio Essential Oil

Helps free the airways (a good alternative to eucalyptus), purify the air and maintain resistance. At low doses, it has a calming effect and promotes restful sleep. This oil is also suitable for applying locally on pimples and pimples.

How to take Myrtle Bio Essential Oil?
