Properties and benefits of My essential kit SOS

The Emotions Kit contains 3 carrier vegetable oils and 5 essential oils with which you can make your own formulas. It also contains containers for the formulas: 4 roll-ons and 2 inhaler sticks. With this kit you can access a free course in which you will learn how to make the 6 formulas.

How to take My essential kit SOS?

It is recommended to prepare the formulas with the free online course and start using the roll-ons and inhaler sticks. Inhale the roll-on, apply a small amount under the nose and then over the sternum, from bottom to top. Also apply it to the neck and neck and perform a digital massage until the product is absorbed. If you use it before going to bed, you can also apply it to the soles of your feet and perform a plantar massage.
