How to take HE ORGANIC peppermint (Mentha x piperita)?
It is recommended to take by mouth: 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support such as: honey, maple or agave syrup, breadcrumbs,…, maximum 4 drops per day.
Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 4 drops - 150 mg.
