How to take HE Oregano (Origanum compactum) ORGANIC?
It is advisable to take orally: 1 drop on a neutral medium such as: honey, maple or agave syrup, breadcrumbs… twice a day.
Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 2 drops - 80 mg. Do not exceed 7 days.
