How to take Medargan plus gastrointestinal function?

It is recommended to take 2 coated tablets a day. Take one coated tablet after each of the two main meals, swallowed with water.

Active Vegetable Charcoal (500 mg), Caraway dry extract (120 mg), Chamomile dry extract (120 mg), Fennel dry extract (90 mg), Green Anise dry extract (90 mg), Lactobacillus acidophilus SGL 11 tindalized (6 billion non-viable cells), Lactase (Beta-galactosidase (20 mg), Papain 100 TU/mg (20 mg), Niacin (16 mg), Alpha-galactosidase (10 mg), Vitamin B6 (1.4 mg ), Riboflavin (1.4 mg), Thiamine (1.1 mg).
