Sprouted Wheat Concentrate (150 mg), Yeast (50 mg), Soy Lecithin (50 mg), Magnesium Gluconate (50 mg), Calcium Gluconate (50 mg), Powdered Oyster (30 mg), Zinc Gluconate (7 mg), Iron Gluconate (7 mg), Vitamin E (5 mg), Vitamin B6 (1 mg), Vitamin B1 (0.6 mg), Vitamin B12 (0.5 μg).
