How to take Optim DHA lg?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water, preferably during a meal.

Oil extracted from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., modified corn starch, firming agent: glycerol, thickener: carrageenan, antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols, medium chain triglyceride oil (MCT), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate, acidity regulator: sodium carbonate, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
