I like to take it, I have replaced sleeping pills (chemicals) whenever I can and just take melatonin. In 10 to 15 minutes it's up and down, the night is serene and the morning is in a good mood.

Gosto de tomar, tenho substituído sempre que posso os comprimidos para dormir (químicos) e tomar só a melatonina. Em 10 a 15 minutos é tira e queda, noite serena e a manhã bem disposta.

Va bien, es rápido y no son pastillas. El sueño te llega entre media y una hora después de tomarlo. Muy aconsejable para dejar los somníferos, se puede ir subiendo de dosis poco a poco (gota a gota) y evitas efectos secundarios indeseados, com el dolor de cabeza al día siguiente.
