Properties and benefits of Melatonin

Equilibra Melatonin is a nutritional supplement of melatonin. The use of the substance can help with the relief of subjective feelings of jet lag and with the reduction of the time necessary to fall asleep.

How to take Melatonin?

It is recommended to consume one tablet daily. It must be diluted in a liquid prior to consumption. The beneficial effect in case of jet lag is obtained by taking 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime, the first day of travel, continuing for a few days after arriving at the destination. To reduce the time it takes to sleep, take 1 mg just before bed.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosis. keep out of the reach of children under the age of three. The validity period refers to the product stored correctly in an unopened package.
