How to take Symbiotic Oat Mix XXL Pack?

It is advisable to take 2 to 3 scoops (about 30 g per scoop), added to a vegetable drink, milk, yogurt or water to taste (about 50 / 100ml) for a porridge-style breakfast or snack.

You can add fresh or dried fruits, nuts, seeds, cocoa nibs, pieces of cocoa, berries, coconut chips or any ingredient that you want to include in the preparation.
