How to take Microbiota Megaflora 9?

Take 3 capsules a day, both in children and adults, preferably on an empty stomach. It is recommended to take them together with water, milk or yogurt, to activate the probiotics.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Not recommended for children under 3 years old. Do not use with a weakened immune system. If you are taking antibiotics I wait 2-3 hours before taking Megaflora 9
