Description

Pensavital adult lactic ferments is a food supplement composed of live lactic ferments, combined with group B vitamins. Specially formulated for adults, to promote their immune system and for the good maintenance of intestinal flora.

In its composition it has group B vitamins, which contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system, to the cell division process (vitamin B6 and B12); to protect cells against oxidative damage, to reduce tiredness and fatigue (vitamin B2) and to normal energy metabolism (vitamin B5).
Additionally, it contains Lactobacillus helveticus as a live strain.

How to take Adult lactic ferments?

It is recommended to take one sachet a day, preferably before meals. It is not necessary to drink water or dissolve the sachet in liquid. Simply open the sachet and pour the contents into your mouth.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not substitutes for a healthy, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
