How to take spring shilajit?
Take one (1) or two (2) tablets a day, with half a glass of water (125 mL), preferably without meals, or as recommended by a professional.

Composition of spring shilajit
Shilajit Primavie (Shilajit powder, 50% fulvic acid), Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Coating: AquaPolish F clear 099.28 MS (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and stearic acid), Anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of acids fatty and aerosil 200 F (silicon dioxide)).
For 2 tablets:
Shilajit Primavie (Shilajit Powder)(700 mg) of which fulvic acid (350 mg).
