How to take Memorium Energy?

In capsules: it is recommended to take 1 capsule 2 times a day, preferably before breakfast and lunch. If necessary, you can take up to 2 capsules twice a day. In ampoules: it is recommended to take 1 ampoule daily, preferably before breakfast. If necessary, take 2 ampoules a day, diluted in water or fruit juice.
