Series 1 stainless steel saucepan 16x9.5 cm with a modern and efficient design, suitable for all types of hobs and with a 2 l capacity.

Indication

This saucepan has a healthy tableware, of the highest quality and totally free of toxins. Suitable for induction, ceramic, gas, electric and oven cookers.

• Encapsulated heat-diffusing bottom: the base of the saucepan contains an aluminum layer that allows heat to be conducted evenly. In this way, the cooking of food is uniform with the consequent energy saving and also lightens the weight of the saucepan. This layer is encapsulated by another layer of 18/0 stainless steel, a type of ferritic steel that, due to its magnetism, is suitable for induction.

• Glass lid reinforced with stainless steel. The lid can rest on the saucepan thanks to the elongated handle that fits vertically. In this way, we avoid splashes when the saucepan lid is removed.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use on gas, electric, glass-ceramic and induction cookers. For optimal use, it is recommended to heat over low heat for about two minutes before cooking. The saucepan handle is temperature resistant up to 240ºC, so it can be placed in the oven.

Precautions

It is not non-stick. To cook, always do it using liquids or fats. It is suitable for dishwasher or cleaning by hand with neutral soap and scourer.

Storage conditions

It has an opening at the end to hang the saucepan and save space in the kitchen.
