Look at sweet sake to cook

250 ml
Store review (4.70 / 5) EXCELLENT
Mirin is a sweet cooking sake that adds sweetness and umami to your dishes. The great peculiarity of Kenshô mirin is that it is a hon mirin, which means authentic mirin, this means that the alcohol comes from rice, like the rest of kensho sakes.

It is different from the one I used from Terrasana, I use it as a substitute for Shaoxing wine in recipes because due to intolerance I couldn't drink it.

Es distinto al que usaba de Terrasana, lo uso como sustituto del vino Shaoxing en las recetas porque por tema de intolerancias no podía tomarlo.

Indication

The difference with cooking sake is that the sake has been macerated for months with sake saku (sake rice) to provide an extra point of umami and sweetness.

Intake mode

It is recommended to provide natural umami and sweetness, accentuate flavor, tenderize meat and fish, and remove excess flavor from meat and fish.

Storage conditions

Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

Sake (rice *, water and koji kin), Sake kasu (rice fermented with alcohol).
