Description

Indian psyllium are the seeds of the plantain plant Plantago ovata. They swell when liquid is added and form a clear, elastic gel layer around the seed.

Indication

Purely plant-based bulking agents made from 100% Indian psyllium provide important dietary fiber for digestion. Linusit flea seeds are suitable for daily consumption and well tolerated.
Particularly high fiber content.

Intake mode

It is recommended to consume a previously swollen portion up to 5 times a day.
To do this, add 1 teaspoon (approx. 5g) to 100 ml of water. Stir well and let soak for at least 1 minute. Drink quickly and then drink 1-2 glasses of water.

Storage conditions

Keep dry, cool and closed.
