Organic Reishi powder

Description

Indication

Reishi is a smooth, leathery, flat fungus with a red, varnished-looking cap, white or brown depending on the age of the specimen, with a bitter taste. It grows in warm subtropical climate zones, on the trunk of old, weak or dead trees.

Intake mode

It is recommended to add 1-2 teaspoons in hot water and drink. It can also be added to soups, creams or smoothies or even to pastry recipes.

Precautions

Reishi is not recommended for people who:

• They're going to have an operation.
• Are taking anticoagulants, because this fungus already has anticoagulant properties.
• Diabetic people who have coagulation problems should consult their doctor if they can take it or not.
