Description
Sprouted bread does not contain yeast or sourdough. This makes the bread smaller, more compact and highly nutritious.
Indication
The recipe is pure and centuries old. Organic wheat first germinates in water for 2-3 days. It is then ground and baked at a low temperature (110°C - 130°C). This ensures optimal retention of nutrients and fiber.
You can enjoy responsible bread at any time. Delicious with avocado and miso, butter and cheese or nut cream
