The bioartisan spelled biscuits from El Granero Integral are handcrafted from ingredients of the highest quality and of certified origin. Their flavor and texture makes them the choice for the most demanding in the quality of their breakfasts, snacks and snacks.

Indication

Spelled is a "primitive wheat", and with respect to this it has a higher level of proteins (with eight essential amino acids), minerals, vitamins and trace elements. It is a good contribution of magnesium, iron, phosphorus, vitamin E, vitamin B and beta-carotene, it provides a lot of fiber, and it is very rich in silicic acid, which is part of all our tissues and organs.
