Thai green curry with jackfruit

Description

Indication

Nanjea is an Asian fruit, but it has the structure of meat. If you separate the pieces of jackfruit with a fork, you get a shredded effect. It is a true superfood, since it is fruit, vegetable and a meat substitute (by its structure), all at the same time. The curry is made with pure ingredients, with no added sugar. With this Thai Green Curry from nanjea, you can put a delicious meal on the table in just a few minutes.

Intake mode

It is recommended to sauté the additional vegetables for 5 minutes in a pan or wok. Add the nanjea curry and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with rice or naan.

Storage conditions

Once opened, store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days in an airtight container.
