Tamari is a pure soy sauce, which stimulates the appetite and contains several indispensable minerals, proteins and vitamins. During the long fermentation process, enzymes transform the starch, proteins and lipids contained in raw soybeans into nutrients that are easily absorbed, since they are predigested: amino acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, slow carbohydrates… … During the fermentation process, a lactic acid is developed that has a beneficial effect on the intestinal flora and on the efficient absorption of nutrients. Sea salt provides minerals and trace elements.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use as a flavor enhancer. It is suitable for both Western and Eastern dishes.
