Nuveg Eco Vegan Bolognese is a simple formulation of dehydrated vegetables (textured and powdered) that, after hydrating and mixing, results in a meat substitute with its ideal flavor and texture to enjoy an extremely healthy meal, in a way quick and easy.

The Vegan Eco Bolognese based on Textured Vegetable Protein (PVT) has about 32% protein, so a 69 g serving provides 22 g of protein (in one steak there are 10 g and in two eggs 15 g). Therefore, it provides an exceptional amount of protein and nutrients in its bioavailable form. High content of essential vitamins and minerals, as well as complete proteins. Vegetable alternative to meat and ideal to combine in all your recipes. An absolutely simple, mild and neutral protein option.

Intake mode

For 140g:

1. Heat 3 tablespoons (30 ml) of oil and pour the product into the pan.
2. Stir for 1 min.
3. Add 600-700 ml of hot water (from the tap) depending on whether you want it to be thicker or thinner.
4. Cook 8-10 min.

For 70g:

1. Heat 3 teaspoons (15 ml) of oil.
2. Stir for 1 minute.
3. Add 300-350 ml of water.
4. Cook 5-6 minutes.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool place (Preferably 5-15ºC), protected from direct light. In dry conditions (Preferably RH 55-60%) and clean.

Once the packaging is opened, close hermetically and store again under the conditions described to avoid exposure to ambient humidity, the adhesion of odors and microbial contamination.
