Description
Propos Nature's Organic Chia Vegetable Oil is a 100% natural virgin oil obtained by cold pressing of the seeds of Salvia hispanica. Rich in vitamins, omega 3 and antioxidants, it is essential as a raw table oil for its nutritional benefits. It contains an exceptional amount of Omega 3, which makes it the best source of vegetable omega-3 in the world.
Indication
Chia oil was once used in the diet and meditation of the Aztecs who cultivated Chia in Mexico and Guatemala (3,500 BC). Chia seeds are rich in oil, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. It contains more than 60% polyunsaturated alpha linolenic acid (Omega 3 fatty acid). One tablespoon is enough to provide 100% of our recommended daily intake of Omega-3.
Known and recognized in America, Chia edible oil was previously unobtainable in Europe. It has just been authorized by the European Commission for food use. It is an excellent source of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc and copper.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use as a foodstuff in seasoning for cold cooking (salad, vinaigrette, smoothie, pasta, rice, sauces ...).

Do not exceed more than 10% in your food preparation.
