Description
Soybean paste from organic farming. Unpasteurized miso, obtained through a natural fermentation of 2 years in cedar barrels. This long fermentation gives it a deep and full flavor of Hatcho Miso. Thanks to fermentation easily absorbable.
Indication
Miso is the healthiest and easiest way to assimilate soy protein. All soybean grain is used in its manufacture, including the skin. In this way, miso has the added benefit of substances such as saponin, linoleic acid and lecithin.
