Intake mode
It is recommended to infuse directly in hot water. Add a dessert spoonful of flowers to the water (75ºC - 80ºC). Your rest time should be 10 to 12 minutes before taking. You can take up to 4 cups a day, after main meals and before going to bed.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature.
